I don't pretend that I am a chocolatier, but I do love to play with chocolate and I especially love to eat it!
I was making chocolate truffles the other day for a client and I had such a good time experimenting with different designs and flavours. The ideas that I came up I was proud of and I thought that I did a good job.
I know that next time, I have a base of ideas to work from and I look forward to coming up with more fanciful and decorative chocolates!

alright Jennifer's Catering...no more BBQing in sub zero temperatures for you...just sunshine and surf...how does this affect Jen's Catering? Is Jen going to start up in NZ in the workshop with Franklin's Auto? :)
