This is my very first attempt at a blog! I am a chef livng in the NWT in Canada with my husband and 2 boys.
I am starting up a catering business in Hay River, which I am really excited about. I have been cooking professionally for about 15 years. I love to feed people and I love to see my friends and family enjoy what I cook for them.
I aim to post recipes on here for whoever wants them and if anyone needs advice on something, then I'm here for that too!

wow - aren't you excited! this looks great! and when they taste your food, well, they'll be over the moon too. maybe you could get a pic of food for the main pic as you already have your profile pic...just a little suggestion from someone who likes to be made hungry with lovely pics of food..
